Andrew Peck Vice President, General Manager

Andrew manages Royal Pacific’s Five offices and more than 1000 residential and commercial REALTORS® which together sold a total $6.3 billion worth of real estate in 2011. He oversees business development and manages planning, budgeting, staffing, education and training, consumer protection issues and public relations and is the managing broker for the Oakridge, New World and Tri-Cities offices.

Andrew is a national Director-at-Large on the CREA Board of Directors, a past president of BC Real Estate Association (2007) and a past president of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (2004). He has served on many CREA, BCREA and REBGV task forces and committees, including as chair of CREA’s federal affairs committee. While serving at the REBGV, Andrew helped establish a new government relations department, successfully lobbying for changes to the Property Transfer Tax and the Home Owner Grant. He has also been at the forefront of asking for changes to local government zoning to allow sustainable density in the form of smaller lots and coach homes.

Andrew is a well-liked real estate course instructor and his knowledge, engaging wit and humour make him a popular guest speaker at seminars and events.

Andrew was first licensed in 1983 and became a managing broker in 1987. In 1996 he helped merge several companies to form Royal Pacific Realty Group.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of commerce degree from the University of BC, is a fourth-generation British Columbian and has spent his entire career as a REALTOR® in the Metro Vancouver area.
