Godfrey Chan Manager

Godfrey Chan joined Royal Pacific Realty Group in February 2011 as Business Development Manager and has helped to expand the company into the most rapidly growing real estate firm in the Lower Mainland. Godfrey has more than 20 years of management experience in real estate industry, including as a managing broker for 18 years in Richmond. His role is to assist and supervise the growth of our new Coquitlam office and other offices on a daily basis. He specializes in training and assisting REALTORS® to develop their road map to success, delivering helpful advice as they work diligently to deliver results to buyers and sellers.
