Royal Pacific REALTORS® have the education and experience to help you
Buying and selling property is complex. When you choose to buy or sell property using the services of a Royal Pacific REALTOR®, you’re in good hands. They protect your interests throughout the transaction and help you understand a significant amount of information so that you can make the best possible decision. Royal Pacific REALTORS® do this through their strong educational background and their commitment to ongoing professional development.
Royal Pacific REALTORS® begin by completing an extensive six-month training program through the Real Estate Division of the Sauder School of Business in the University of British Columbia Faculty of Commerce. There, they complete pre-licensing requirements and pass a final examination.
The pre-licensing program covers real property law, estates and interests in land, title registration, professional liability, commercial and residential tenancies, strata property and cooperatives, finance, ethics, the law of contract, agency, mortgage finance, mortgage law, taxation, building design and construction, and appraisal.
