Andrew Peck Vice President, General Manager

Andrew manages Royal Pacific’s three offices and more than 800 residential and commercial REALTORS® which together sold a total $2.8 billion worth of real estate in 2006. He oversees business development and manages planning, budgeting, staffing, education and training, consumer protection issues and public relations

Andrew is a key advisor on legislation and regulation related to all aspects of real estate from affordable housing (including infill housing), to industrial lands to sustainability at the federal, provincial and local government levels.

Andrew is also president of the BC Real Estate Association which represents 12 real estate boards across the province and more than 18,000 licensed REALTORS® on provincial issues.

In 2004, Andrew was president of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver, the largest board in BC and the third largest in Canada. He has served on many committees and task forces. He teaches several real estate courses and his knowledge and engaging wit and humour make him a popular guest speaker at seminars and events.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of commerce degree from the University of BC and is an agent 9.15.
