Sooner or later in discussions about the commercial real estate market, the name Lani Jo Weaver comes up. Lani Jo is recognized across Canada for her knowledge and expertise estate in all matters related to real estate.

Lani Jo joined the Royal Pacific team early in 2007 and has over 25 years of managing experience.  

She is an acknowledged expert in commercial real estate, particularly in the areas of rental property and strata management, and is the Vice President of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver’s Commercial Division, B.C. Yukon Director for CREA Canadian Commercial Council, President of the REIC, Greater Vancouer Chapter, Vice President of CCIM Canada West Chapter. She has acquired the following designations: CCIM, FRI, RI and CPRPM. Her focus is on promoting advance education and expanding the commercial services for all REALTORS®.
