If you've ever bought or sold property, you've likely heard of the Multiple Listing Service or MLS®. "It's the information-sharing network developed and maintained by the Real Estate Board to enable licensed REALTORS® who are Real Estate Board members to provide information about homes for sale to property buyers and sellers," explains Andrew Peck, General Manager, Royal Pacific Realty.

When you list your property for sale with a Royal Pacific REALTOR®, we complete a detailed data sheet that describes your property. Then we forward it to the Real Estate Board f Greater Vancouver, where the data is entered into a computer database.

Anyone buying a home will have almost immediate access to your home listed for sale on the MLS®. "The MLS® makes the real estate profession unique and helps facilitate cooperation among REALTORS®," says Peck.
